Charles holds a Bachelor of Mining Engineering and a Masters in Business and Administration (MBA). Charles is a past President of the Afro-Heritage Association of Sudbury (2016-2020). He is an entrepreneur, Co-founder and Chief Executive Officer for the Northern Ontario Black Economic Empowerment Program (NOBEEP). Charles endeavours to ensure that NOBEEP remains sustainable, impactful, funded, and active and he endures to create long-term value for the Black community in Northern Ontario. Charles has expertise in relationship building, network development, government relations and partnership development.
